Honestly how much are you expecting to get? It's really risky to sell GCs for BTC. If you want to receive a high percentage go to raise.com or any of those Gift Card sites.

I would like to buy from you because I buy a lot at Walmart, therefore I like those GCs, But if you are really looking to get more than 50% I think this is not the place. |

Is it carded or obtained by any illegal means? If not why so cheap? anyone can just go to craiglists and sell it for more than this, makes it look sketchy.

There's plenty of possibilities.
1. Mine and buy since the beginning of BTC.
2. Run a Exchanger, keep it if it makes good profit or just suddenly make it disappear or have it "hacked".
3. Run a scam forum or site.
4. Open an underground market, like silkroad.
5. Hack an important website.

Well if you want to buy some LTC for your BTC you should indeed like it was told before create a thread and place it into #marketplace subforum https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=161.0Title it "[WTB] ammount of ltc - will pay in BTC" or something in a kind of. And if you want to use any online services it is hard to believe you don't know any yet  Sometimes best one depends on where do you live. I am using bter.com if I want to change some coins, but you can prefer other one. There is a lot of them. Yup, with 20% fees? They are maybe not that high but yeah you will have to pay some fees. |
