Yes I know someone who earns money in this forum but I can't say that he is earning for a living. Since his current rank in this position is not that high. The money he earns is still a lot of help especially we are currently in college. It's a great extra income but you can't settle in this ?I think because its value for now is not stable so it would be too risky. 

You can motivate a person to work by inspiring him on how successful you are right now and what might happen if he will do the same. It will be hard for him at first but if you find a suitable work for that person and have a salary that can attract his attention.

Based on my knowledge, the main reason or cause of poverty in one country is that it is over-populated and the people who are sitting in the government is corrupt. One of the cause is education, their country maybe can't afford to give a child a proper education so they lack in knowledge which can lead to poverty because they don't know how to make and don't know how the system works.

It depends on how you control your temptations in things. I can say that a man cannot be contented and his satisfaction is continuously. Even the rich people around the world doesn't feel contented because when they already achieve the things or goals they want, the don;t intend but they set another goal and try to reach for it.
