Same thing happened to me yesterday pulling ETH out of Kucoin.

Took about an hour and a half for them to put it out to even be seen as a pending transaction on the chain.

I'm guessing it's the same here with XRB.

It likely hasn't been processed by Kucoin and sent out to the XRB nodes.

Once Kucoin does send it out, it should be instant.
