Withdraw your coins they say....I got almost 11 billion QTC stuck in there. While there was an option i wrote them a support ticket but no reply.
There is no way to deposit any more. And they ask 0.02 ETH fee to withdraw those that i dont have in my account...

Im actively mining but for the idk how many times in a row my balance is the same. Im not geting any resources.
