Why don`t you answer my questions or no response with opened tickets?
Support Tickets and all about will be only answerd at the Ticket self !
What about problems with 2FA mail not send?!?!
People can not login to put a ticket and there is no response in mail, nor in here...
Just reset all accounts that have 2FA pin by mail, as this function does not work at all!!!!
People can not enter the site for a month now....
I have the same issue. I need my 2FA reset, so I can't log in to submit a ticket (or anything else). I have been sending emails to resets, support, and system for almost 3 weeks now with no response at all. It's like they are holding our funds hostage.
Why can't they even respond to support emails? And how difficult is it to reset 2FA?
Looking forward to getting my funds off of this joke of an exchange.
