I also do not think that the Devs would like to sell the Dev funds and run away. They would have done it in January of 2018 when both price and trading volumes were highest. But in order to make new investors feel more safe, wouldn't there be any possibility to lock the Dev fund? What about smart contract locking the coins and releasing them only after approval of VoteCentral, is something like this technically possible? [/quote] I'm ok with that possibility. Of course don't launch the airdrop now. Time the market cycle and do it at the most advantageous time. Any way it looks like it's just me and DeepFan in this conversation so I'm going to allocate my time else where. [/quote] I'm here too reading it. Continue.

I try not to rely too heavily into one news source. Sometimes you get into the habit of going to the same website due to I guess muscle memory. For example CNN. Even though I'm not a big fan of it, when I'm in front of the computer, just out of having I type in CNN.

So for now there's a 5 coin limit when sending Onions with DeepSend?

First time hearing of this. Has anyone have experience storing their files in this?
All I know is I looked into this 9 months ago..and even with the cheapest of "used' equipment I could not make this storage stuff fly by making any size box in any way/shape/form worth doing and profitable. It is all data hall folks that do this on the side as far as I can tell. So until that part is fixed...we are due at BEST to sideways.....IMHO...but again, the devs are failing with this project in so many directions from sia-tech/grin debacle\little use coin with high difficulty due to over mining or how shall I say instead, driving up difficulty without and corresponding use or adoption of that coin so IMHO vs adoption or hell at least the storage thing in break-even mode am not encouraged by siacoin at this point, at all ![Sad](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/sad.gif) Brad Thanks for the update Brad. It seems as though the concept is hard to pull off.

Race doesn't matter. What matter is the individual's IQ.
If a black individual has a 125 iq, and the average IQ for whites is 100, does that mean that he's less special than them?
What truly matters is the person's character.

Or it could be that you're having delusions, assuming that everybody knows who you are and what you're talking about.
Just stop for a second and consider that possibility.

Don't be a pain and a nuisance.
If you're a person with strong fringe personal beliefs trying to impose your will as they try to live their own personal life, it's only going to end very badly.
No way. member can't take action without 2 family member confirmations. Oh. That sounds better then.

I tried installing the wallet on Linux. Quick and fast, but all I get is "DeepOnion Core" under Office, and when I click on it nothing happens.
If you have an account at the forums, start a new support ticket and the developers will assist you: https://deeponion.org/community/support-tickets/openThanks, I'll check the forums. In the forum I think someone said that after he did an update on Ubuntu he also couldn't open his wallet. His private key and the wallet is fine, just that he couldn't open it. Maybe I should try running it with Wine.

Getting DeepOnion listed on the Binance wallet is a good thing for DeepOnion project! This proposal got already 50 likes ready to be on VoteCentral now for members to vote! Is this only for Android and IOS? How much does it cost to get listed on Binance? According to the developer's proposal listing at Trust Wallet seems to be free and require the developer to do some coding instead of Trust Wallet developers, which sounds logical. Binance listing is out of question because they require the identities of the original founders who wish to remain anonymous. Edit: the proposal got 50 likes and I expect to see it at VoteCentral soon. https://deeponion.org/community/threads/integrate-deeponion-in-binances-official-wallet.42369/I wonder if the original founders would make an exception. But I looked up the fee to get listed in Binance the other day, and it's in the millions of dollars. Don't know if that's wort it, especially when the main exchanges from two years ago seem to get over taken by new ones.

Sucks to see the same person give the OP a negative rating. It seems as though it's a personal thing with this Lauda guy. An abuse of power.
Any upcoming news?

I voted. This looks similar to the sonox vote. Are they related in anyway?

Is it true that new codebase will be similar to the Ltc?
We will use the ltc code base because it's ready for many features to be integrated in the future (LightningNetwork, SmartContracts, hardware ledger compatability and AtomicSwaps) which will make it easier and faster to implement and get things running. All our current features are being ported to the new code base. Any time frame? How long will it take?

Awesome Deeper! Thanks for the update! ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) Great. Hope its done faster than the ETA ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif) After the coding update, what feature do you guys think will add the most value to DeepOnion. Doesn’t have to just be classified finically, it could be in terms of moving DeepOnion forward. We will already be awaiting DeepSend after codebase. So that's the 1st priority. I've been out of the loop a little. When is Deepsend schedule to be completed? What is the coding update?

Voting daily! I hear they are taking the top 15 coins as winners possibly, but that doesnt mean to stop voting everyday! Need to keep voting everyday to reach the top. I'm glad they are taking the top 15, but isn't that kind of a lot? ![Cheesy](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cheesy.gif)

I don't think this coin has much of a future.
Totally premined and moderated announcement thread.
I believe you have better thing to do with your life, instead of showing your negative statement here. We are responsible for our action and considered everything well with this project. You don't have to worry about us. I don't see the need of DeepOnion when we already have the Monero. Do you know that Monero doesn't support IP Address Hidden, mobile wallet while DeepOnion does? DeepOnion has faster block time: 48 seconds compared to 2 minutes in Monero. The transaction fee of this project is even cheaper than Monero's. This is why I chose DeepOnion, not Monero. Nonsense, this project has only been thriving on hype and empty promises. The large volume is long gone and everyone is waiting for that pump to ditch their coins. Remember the eBTC? This project has the same destiny. Some of the fud similar to yours: DeepOnion is a premine, it's a scam - We never asked for money and we successfully distributed 10 million coins to the public for free, even when there were multiple sabotage attempts. DeepOnion has no features, it's a scam - DeepVault launched on October 2017, a blockchain innovation by DeepOnion. Also, DeepOnion one of the first coins to incorporate Tor into the wallet since day 1. Not a single IP address was leaked since the wallet was launched. DeepOnion doesn't have Stealth Addresses - Incorporated already. DeepOnion doesn't have a mobile wallet - Launched already. DeepOnion was valued at $20 when the coin was distributed to the public for free... even when the devs became millionaires, they didn't dump their coins. DeepOnion launched VoteCentral, a non-biased, balanced, voting system for community members. New modern website and modern wallet. Various shopping plugins on the way, DeepSend, new exchanges, the first implementation of a real decentralized lightening network supported by SmartContracts, DeepVault Web version, and more is planned. Did you say empty promises? Keep in mind that this is a community project without funding or ICO... DeepOnion delivered much more than the majority of ICOs out there. You tell me if you can find a project that can match DeepOnion. In fact, I feel you are holding ONION secretly just in case the potential is real but you can't see it. Awesome respond. I see a lot of fud about DeepOnion and I just feel those people are talking out of their butt and know very little about it.

When is DeepSend coming? Any progress report?
The answer is soon. As far as I know, the development is almost finished. Is there a testnet?
