Насчет мобильного кошелька сильно не подскажу, не пользовался. По идее это обычный .apk файл - закачиваете его на телефон и устанавливаете из него приложение. Насчет надежности - самый надежный способ это поставить на комп джаву, потом сервер, и подключаться браузером на локалхост 127.0.0.1. Менее надежно я думаю через мобильное приложение, и уж совсем плохо подключаться через веб к чужому серверу. Учтите что парольная фраза передается на сервер, и как тот сервер установлен и настроен - одному хозяину известно, может пароль и утянуть.
