Can conclude that the fault is not coinexchange.
Most likely the blockchain had the error at a time when I and the other guys were doing withdrawals (18 January at about 19:55 UTC).
What to do now? How to get our coins?
Wait for a response on a ticket from the coinexchange? (they respond very long).
It may be possible to do something else?
