If stress is from work, if things come all at the same time, firstly breath.

Then prioritize, see the most needed from least, make asure check list. If you're not much of a multi tasker, do things one at time to make you check your progress easier.

Plus, find time to release more stress via extra curricular activities like sports.

Life it's self is tough..teaching us to be one. Its unfair mostly, because it's meant to be, again teaching us to be strong. Like the saying, Don't tell your big problems to God, tell your problems you have a Big God.

With a strong Faith, every pain will be worth it.

Aside from being sincere and truthful..show them the real you. Because acceptance would mean friendship is genuine. If someone who accept you regardless the reason, then that could go for long.

Don't pretend to be someone just to acquire company, because doing this might end badly between the two of you, probably because of trust issues.

This is like asking the question, can you bare the pain of watching every people you care about die?

Dying is a process to get into immortal life, well not here but in a better place.

So, immortality is only for the Higher Power or what is to come after death. All here on earth is temporary.
