I have had the same issue as many of most of you.
Deposited cryptocurrency XRP over a month ago and despite numerous support tickets and providing more information nothing has ever happened to get me my XRP. The price dropped massively also while I have been waiting, dropping at one point more than half the value of my investment. This site is a complete fraud. Inexcuseable customer service, or lack thereof, and no reliability whatsoever.
They even blocked me from their Twitter for contacting them and sharing my poor experience.

All of these tickets submitted and either replied with a request for more information (which I provided), being told they will look into it (which is never done) or just completely ignored.

Exmo is a huge scam site.
I deposited some XRP over a month ago and it was sent properly from the other exchange and Ripple within 5 minutes yet never arrived.
Despite many tickets and contacts with support all they ever say is wait.
I have literally talked to hundreds of people who have missing deposits or withdrawals of both cryptocurrencies and fiat currencies. It appears to be a liquidity issue or a Ponzi scheme as they don't have enough funds to distribute to customers so they go missing.
I have ever hear people who inquired into the transactions saw their deposits being sent instead to other addresses with large bitcoin and ethereum balances but I did not look into this myself.
