i do not know exactly how it happened but my fee decimals got out of place (maybe due to some bitcoin core bugginess ¯\_(ツ)_/¯)
so my fee is way too low. could anyone help me out for a tip in accelerating them as they are even too low for viabtc etc

If you are a sender, I would advise you to wait for the nodes to reject both and you will be able to generate new dispatches with the correct commission, since in your case all possible cost options will approximate in numerical terms to the amounts sent.
