STAY AWAY from CRYPTONATOR and be SAFE - they are really stealing money, not responding to tickets... I do not know if it is only a robot, or a robber - my situation is similar but with ~140$:

I wrote 2 tickets, it's been more than 2 weeks, no response, no money!
I am not an IT specialist or a software engineer but as far as I understand - the money is GONE and to be more accurate - STOLEN!
