I have the same problem
Please help me.
I use Armory 0.96.3.992 and Bitcoin Core 0.15.1
I have made paper backup
01/19/2018 23:46 I sent 0.00745953 BTC to my Armory
But I had made mistake before. I used armory offline and created request to receive bitcoins early than bitcoin core have been installed.
After that I've downloaded all blockchain via bitcoin core, but unfortunately it's seems no money in my wallet.

Either Armory hasn't managed to scan all the blocks for some reason, or Bitcoin Core has not downloaded a full copy of the blockchain.
Bitcoin Core has completed downloaded all blockchain (180+GB) and Armory has scanned all the block https://yadi.sk/i/5cOmssSO3Rq3WT . But the balance is still zero.
