I'd be careful with this. The Niubium initiative, which links the NBC coin to BOMESP (http://bomesp.org/) is brazilian. Why would they be requesting for help translating its document into portuguese at the first place? (check the first post)
A little bit more carefully looking, the first post says Niobium symbol is NB, not NBC as this website (https://niobiumcoin.io/)
