Aside from missing transactions I'm also having this problem.

The first transaction that came through was only after a few minutes of mining. Since then I haven't had a single one come in, this is even after hours of mining and a bunch of shares. I'm mining with cudaminer (yes, I know it sucks) to the P2Pool http://176.221.46.81:8372/static/.
