well reddit is full of people talking shit about HOQU. Some of it quite well deserved. But some is not
In anycase, investor sentiment is rock bottom, also reflected in price.
The team has to work on improving their image, cause regardless how they might see them self, from outside its not a pretty sight right now.
I will just hodl my coins, and just buy more...and hope they can get their act together. The negotiations with exchange part is what bothers me. They should not really call it negotiations, as negotiations dont take this long.

It has been adressed before, HOQU got a terrible communication. It starts with their telegram channel, the only thing these admins say is "soon". The situation got so bad that people asked to make a movie about the HOQU HQ, because they simply didnt believe it existed. Did anyone in hoqu change the way communication is done? Is it a clear how far development is in this project? Did we see any results? None of it all, and this is the main reason people lost faith in this project.
