1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: [CLOSED] KnC Titan Nightmare on: January 02, 2021, 10:59:12 AM
Thanks Alex, keep us updated!
What I didn't fully understood is if, aside from an email address, SebJu has a way to uniquely identify AKW. I'm telling this because i'm open to two possibilities: AKW is honest and the lawsuit is going on, and AKW disappears and we basically lose any hope about this situation.

Happy new year! Lets hope for the best this year and to get some "success". I am waiting for two lawsuits now (mtgox and this one). Just this one here is way too shielded from puplicity and I can hardly find any update after 2016/2017.

Luckily, my "investments" are not big but with the current rise of Bitcoin it is a shame that it has to turn out like this.

Thank you akw for going through this. Whenever there is a "sharable" update, please let us know.

Thank you Sebastian, please give us a feedback as soon as you can!
Regards.

Will do when I get an answer... maybe remind me to send him a followup email when nothing happened. Previously it worked when I sent the second email but last time he did not react on it also.

I think its time, so please send a followup email. Thanks.

Another month later... Any update? I am not into the topic but were there some lawsuits where knc actually "won"?

For me, I think I was just believing too much in this all. Unfortunately, believing that everything will find a good ending is just overcredulous. These are not the first bitcoins I lost and also some are lost due to mtgox - for me things like this are lowering the trust in bitcoin and connected parties no matter if akw and/or knc is credible or not.

Thanks so much for your help. They were sent from my multi-bit wallet. The transaction has been showing 'seen by 1peer' for several day...

Don't really know what to do.

Many thanks
Gav

Actually I experienced something similar with Multibit a few days ago. I sent a small amount of bitcoins to one of my own addresses and noticed the transaction was only living in the multibit client but did not seem to be broadcasted properly. After resetting the Blockchain two times for all wallets and a few restarts of the client it finally forgot the transaction and showed the correct amounts and I could try again successfully.

You can reset your Blockchain using the "Tools" menu. It may take a while. Good luck!

Hey!

I just sent 2 BTC for 2x 20 = 40 shares!

Please treat these transactions separately as they are, with payout to each sending address individually.

Thank you very much for this opportunity!

14  Other / Off-topic / Really good access point / router? on: December 05, 2013, 01:36:05 PM
Can any one recommend a really good access point / router, if possible also supporting upcoming .ac-standard.

I currently have an airport extreme in use, which had issues and seem to have issues again. With a big load (probably just parallel connection and not the bandwidth volume) it seems to crash spontaneously. Since its now a few years old already I thought about a change.

Talking with some coworkers about this it seems like other access point hardware have similar issues. I tried an ASUS access point / router for a short time but its backend configuration looks way more complicated in compare to the airport one.

Price range is not that important, but it should not exceed $200 / €150. Any additional feature like for example USB-Drive-Support is welcome but not really necessary.

What features I actually expect:
- at least 4x Gigabit Ethernet Ports (the better the more, I currently need an additional Switch)
- at least WLAN n-standard
- port forwarding configuration

If possible:
- WLAN ac-standard
- USB-Drive-Support (USB3?)
- WLAN signal intense configuration (power of antenna signal strength)
- Heater (airport extreme can get quite hot)
- low power usage in general (I have seen a Kickstarter project about a touchscreen-driven device which consumed quite a lot)
- dyndns update service

You need to make at least one post before you can send PMs.

I just figured out that it works now. Thanks for pointing me to.

Hi, I actually have a similar issue (groupbuy) and hope PM-sending is allowed after 4 hours of reading time.. stupidly I had sent out the transaction already before having signed up and knowing that I cant contact the person immediately..

If you can wait 4 hours, just try to send a message then. So will I do.
17  Other / Beginners & Help / Notifications on incoming bitcoin transactions on: December 01, 2013, 02:03:19 AM
Hey over there, I just joined this forum!

I am a software developer and recently tried an own project: A service is continuesly listening to the blockchain websocket api (live stream of all unconfirmed transactions) and send out notification mails (or push notifications via smartphone app) to those who enabled it for a certain bitcoin address. A notification mail is sent out when bitcoins are sent to the specific address.

There are already services that exactly doing this (free and paid services) so I would like to either offer it as a free service and/or publish its source code. The basic version with email notifications is already done.
Just one issue came in my mind which makes it not very user-friendly: You have to update the bitcoin address every time after it changes (if the client works like this). Maybe anyone has a idea how to solve this, but I actually doubt there will be any solution though...
