I trust certain outlets. News now tends to be more sensationalist which is sad really.

When my friend advised me about this "new" currency called bitcoin, it was $90 at the time but i was dubious. Little did i know.

Wether we like it or not it's coming sooner or later. Taxation aside...scams and laundering will be the prime objectives for implementing regulations. It may actually create stability and trust to cryptos and weed out the piles of scam ICO's out there.

The more people that join means more awareness. More awareness means less fear and hopefully more acceptance of crypto currencies.
Yes some people ask repetitive questions but in my opinion its a small price to pay in the grander scheme of things.

Holding Ada for the long term. I also have some Salt, Btc and Eth.

I think IPL will be big this year https://insurepal.io/The ICO is over but it has not hit any major exchanges yet. One to keep an eye on. You can currently buy it on Livecoin and Hitbtc.

I heard that I can exchange Bitcoin with someone near me such as my friends but how can I exchange Bitcoin with them? You only need your friend's bitcoin wallet address so that you can send bitcoin to him using your wallet's send function. This is the way to go, and if he/she is paying you with an alt coin you just send your wallet address for that respective currency.

Hmmm, i would bank most of it all as the risk of losing more money than i will make earn in the rest of my lifetime would be too much to bare. Saying that I would prob "play" with 50K. I would put it in Eth, Btc and Neo.

Hi, I have a question, how to get the next status - member? I know that it is necessary to respond in detail, to help ... but who puts this status?
Patience is the key. Post regularly, keep the post on topic and relevant and you will rank up in no time

This ICO sold out very quickly and the coin is on livecoin and hitbtc and hasn't hit a major exchange ie. Bittrex or Binance yet. It was sold during crowdsale for $0.10 but now is $0.27. It's a very new coin. Anyone think its worth a punt ?

I think it won't go away any time soon, if at all. Too much hatred and bigotry in the world and someone is always pissed of with someone else. The sad thing is that it is the innocents that suffer the most.

Although most drop shitcoins, but if you get lucky there can be money made from them. I haven't participated in many so i am still waiting for that "lucky" one. So yeah, i like airdrops.

I am new too but I believe its only just begun but thats the optimist in me. Alot going on at the moment but when the dust settles I hope its business as usual. If you are going to get on the bus now id the time. Prices may never be this low again.
I am in the same bus as you LOL. If you are ever going to get crypto now is the time. It may be risky but only invest what you can afford to lose, that is always the mantra.

Thanks all for the responses. I went with Coinbase and Bittrex. As a newbie I have found both of them to be easy enough to navigate and use. If and when I become more accustomed to crypto I may expand to other exchanges.
Good choices. I mostly use both of them myself. Bittrex is a wise selection for someone new to crypto - easy to use and has a vast selection of coins. Good luck to you !! Yes and with all those choices in Bittrex comes more headaches, particularly when the market is falling. But saying that, maybe i just entered at the perfect time

As the previous poster said this has been a trend many times before. It should and most likely will return to "normal". Its a good time at the moment to pick up a bargain.

Cardano all the way. This year will be big for Ada with staking coming in soon. This coin will be the coin that rules all others in time.

According to your experience what altcoin is good to hold for long period? and where to hold it ?
Litecoin, Ethereum, Ripple, Monero. Here's a site that lists all coins, wallets, and exchanges. If you got a coin you can find out which exchanges support it. If you go to a wallet or exchange you can see which coins they support. Check it out >>> https://www.cryptocompare.com/Thanks for the link, this is a useful tool and exactly what I needed.

Some people have gotten lucky from them. I have real friends who can testify to that but most are shit coins. Lets be honest here though, if u are in 20 airdrops chances are you may get something out of one of them.
