Hi there, yes that is very true as far as Selling a property goes (at this time you can only Sell property that is located here in the States) However if someone outside of the States wants to buy or rent property here they could download the app, make an offer and close.  Contracts are populated with the buyer, seller and property information, time stamped and sent to all parties including a licensed agent for proof of submission.  This method of offer submission helps level the playing field for buyers and renters by giving them proof of submission and a copy of the contract.

At closing all documents are digitally signed and sent to all parties via email, no physical contact required.
