When mining at ethermine.org answer you get paid for shares found is it a set amount of eth or is it based on eth price at the time?

Are you paid more or less eth as eth price fluctuates?

Let's say each share is worth $1.00 for arguments sake, then you would get credited more or less eth as the value of eth fluctuates.

Or is the payment determined some other way?
