DEEX team where is my MONERO??

I have messaged customer support about this for 5 days yet no one has even had the courtesy to get back to me.

Yet again, the payment details are below please can someone check and either refund my Monero or credit my account with the tokens?

I sent the XMR to my specific MONERO address in the 20% sale that you provided me with, it never arrived!

You have since removed the Monero payment option so you are obviously aware of this issue.

I have been promoting, investing and recommending your ICO, this is no way to treat investors or customers.

I sent XMR on the 23/01/2018 - it's lucky that I didn't send more as it appears DEEX customer service is non existent!

Please, please just have the courtesy to get back to me.
