TDP of 84W, that amounts to 424W. We haven't even took into account the RAM, HDD and risers.
These combined will go over the rated efficiency limit of your PSU, and can lead to unexpected crashes and shutdowns. I would recommend getting a 750W or higher PSU from your local market as well.
