Have you tried calling them? I was quite pissed when I couldn't login and they didn't respond to my cries for help. But after several attempts they did help me to get back in and withdraw my coins out. I will be their customer again. Try again and give them some time. |

I've managed to successfully withdraw all my UTC even though it takes a while longer. I believe they maybe manually verifying the withdrawals which is why it is taking a tad longer. Just give them sometime. If still no go, drop them support ticket and follow up. They are definitely on it.

You have to chase them. Don't think there is any point calling them as there was no one from crypto trade answering the when I called. Maybe they are all busy looking at the exchange issues. |

Just for those who don't follow us on twitter: Yes, the rumors are true, Crypto-Trade is up (with trading halted) and devs are constantly processing withdrawal requests  We're already in the planning about when and how we will restart trading, but for now your coins+fiat have priority. We will inform you about the restart as soon as we made any decision. If you need help with anything, cdev and admin are actually most of the time in the chatbox and I would recommend to ask them unbureaucratically as long as they're in such a "good" mood. Otherwise our Helpdesk ist still open for any requests. Pls Refrain from asking account related questions here or on twitter since these aren't the right places for sensitive data. Not so fast....
The community saw this and were divided into camps...the rightSain camp cried out for help and updates as there is a poor man trapped inside. They read news that there are other lifts trapping people and those lift operator are now "no where" to be found. Protesters went to the ground.
A while later the lift operator came and pasted a maintenance message on the lift. The leftSain camp screamed again..."What are you doing??!!! There is a poor soul in there!! Fix the lift, open the lift and free that man!"
The leftMoreOnic camp came, saw, and declared the leftSain camp is full of bull balls. Told them to keep their calm, be zen, be cool let the lift operator have their time and chance to fix it. Don't make a scene. That's the poor man's mistake anyway. No one forced him to take that lift. Stay cool, stay calm. Lift operator will resolve this and man will come out alive...in the meantime....stay cool, stay calm.....
*hope this provides some entertainment while we can only wait....

....after a while the lift maintenance came and open the lift door.... many gathered to see...there were silence...... Thank god the person trapped inside walks out alive!! Fortunately he was on his way home from the supermart and had food and drinks with him. The crowd cheered and the lift maintenance said they will be fixing and testing the lift for the next couple of weeks to make sure it is safe and reliable for all to use. Everyone walked away relieved.....trust is regained and life goes on...... Now to get my login issue sorted out.... |

Just some update to my login issue. I've called crypto trade HK and a reception (Benny) picked up the call. He mentioned that the trading platform is now facing some login issues. Took my enquiry and email address and will get crypto trade technical support to get back to me.

you people with your demands and your expectations! you should give crypto-trade a break, they have been working very hard for you, and now they are no doubt working around the clock trying to fix ....
f**king "optimist" More like f****** moron....and unfortunately there lots of them.... It's like saying you go into a lift and it malfunctioned and you are trapped inside. You press the help button and was told help will come in 30mins. 2 days gone, nevermind don't have to panic, stay calm, help will definitely come. Don't worry about it...if help didn't come, it is okay and the mistake is yours, cause no one forced you to go into the lift in the first place. Don't demand and expect so much, give them a break...they are busy working around the clock to even bother to update you...they will definitely come......stay calm. so what happened you cant leave us ppl on a cliff hanger like this finish the story pleaseee...
