It depends on the current situation with drug trafficking in a particular country. I'd say no for most of the 2-3-d world countries.

The third bitcoin halving happened on May 11 during the coronavirus chaos. But the king of crypto seems unstoppable. Despite the biggest financial trials of our time, bitcoin was able to climb by 16% since the halving took place. BTCUSD was trading at $8,436 last Monday and started an upturn, briefly touching the $10,000 mark – a bullish surge erasing its weekend crash. It is going up past $9,700 as of writing. https://bitcoinist.com/bitcoin-is-up-by-16-post-halving/

Citing low liquidity, Bitfinex has announced that it will soon delist over 87 trading pairs. This move reflects the increasing competition within the altcoin space, and could prompt considerably more market volatility.
What do you think guys?

Hi May I? what is It is optimized to serve miners with at least 1THs and, most importantly, it has been specifically tweaked to work without dead times on rented hashpower from NiceHash. exactly. Basically it has a minimum share difficulty target higher than the default one provided by the vardiff algorithm of P2Pool. This solves the issue often encountered with NiceHash which turns a given hashpower order in dead state if the received (virtual) share difficulty is lower than 128. This happens also if you set a specific share difficulty when passing the username (btc_addr+diff). It this case mining starts, but then vardiff may turn down the difficulty, for example, at the starting phase or if the hashrate experience a drop. In all these cases the NiceHash order becomes dead and mining stops. The new minimum value has been chosen to serve miners that are capable of at least 1 THs (the minimum NiceHash order has 5 THs). EDIT: Now that I'm thinking of... I probably said something not so correct about the minimum needed hashrate to mine on my node since we are speaking of virtual share difficulty not actual. I need to re-think of it after I get some good sleep (and bed time is still far...), but either way the issue with NiceHash is actually solved and the local DOA is around 3% on average which is near what I was trying to achieve. I'll take a better look at it tomorrow morning, time to do my real work now!

EDIT: after gathering enough statistics I've decided to turn down my node.

With more than 2 disks, I'd go with Blago if you're mining on windows.
|
|
|

To Asset Issuers (not BLTPS)I've heard some asset issuers are having difficulties in paying dividends to their shareholders. I can offer a little bit of help, if you want, while waiting for AT to be implemented. As BLTPS investors know, I've implemented Burst Asset Payer, a software that is able to make a list of all shareholders of a given asset and pay their dividends automatically. I cannot share it because it needs to run in a secure environment and may need manual input for fault handling and some coding for asset changing. Anyway I could provide it " as a service" with an arbitrary donation since it takes sometime to change from BLTPS to another asset and make sure everything goes as it should. Again, no big announcement here since AT should be implemented soon. Throw me a PM just in case you need and trust me. EDIT: As a further notice, BAP can be used in two ways: - You can send me the bursts you need to pay and I'll run BAP in "full mode" or - I can run it in "simulation mode" to take a snapshot of the current shareholders of your asset and then you'll need to pay them manually The asset issuer isn't taken into account, obviously. I've also made a thread on BurstForum if you have questions or... whatever...

Does burst have any mining assets on asset exchange?
just bumping for somebody to answer It depends on what you mean... If you are speaking of assets made to gather enough money to buy mining hardware and then payout with mined bursts, then I don't think so, not at high levels basically because they would never ROI at current rates; If you intend assets related to mining there are some connected to mining pools and they pay with a percentage of mining fees plus some (few) dedicated TBs; Then there is BLTPS which is a sort-of asset that mines, in the sense that can be bought with btc, uses cloud mining to mine other coins and then spend the profit to buy burst which get used for payout. (I've truly summarized this time...)
