this address belonged to your electrum wallet?

Yes. He definitely belongs to me. This address appears in the records of localbitcoins.net
The amount and dates also coincide.

I know that the electrum changes the purse addresses for security reasons, but why is there no translation history? (A rhetorical question)

The above is not a 2fa wallet address.

Yes. My wallet dont have 2FA authentication.

The problem is that I need a 2FA code to enter the stock exchange. And in order to reset the 2FA you need a deposit number. Based on the instructions, it should be in the transaction history on my wallet. In the final analysis, as far as I can judge, the outgoing items will be the address of the exchange itself, rather than the deposit. (Although, this is strange). As well as the fact that there is no transaction history.

I also notice that this address seems to contain a lot of funds and might be an exchange's address

Quite right.

On inputting this address does it fail to take you to the next step?

Fail.

2 hours if you inputted wrong address for 3 times

Yeah, that's it.

I wrote a technical support letter, maybe I will be able to restore access in a different way. After all, I remember my login and password very well. As well as my email on which I registered.

Once again. Thank you very much for participating.

This time while creating a wallet, restore from your wallet's seed.

Yes. I tried (not once). Nothing changed.

Did you write down the Binance's deposit number in the transaction's description area and now you can't see this? If this is the case do you have an text or csv export / backup of the Electrum history?

No, I did not write down the deposit number. And did not create backup copies of Electrum. (I created the wallet a month ago and after carrying out two transactions I did not visit it anymore. Up to this day)

Did they give you backup codes

Yes. But I did not keep it. (Reckless act)

If this isn't their way to recover the codes currently, then does the "deposit number" here mean a transaction ID or an address on which your Binance transaction happened that also exists on your electrum's transaction history? Also do you recall the transaction amount and address for which your Binance deposit number is associated with?

Yes. Transaction Amount: 0.01032799
Wallet key: 16oi4VTqenuJSQzqaPceXfY5UPbHM1YcPv

Binance say:
"How to find your deposit address:

You can find it from withdrawal records in other exchanges account or transaction records in your wallet".

I am concerned about the absence of this particular purse number in the address book.

Was your Electrum able to connect to an Electrum server with the 'Green'

Yes. It was green. (I tried switching the server manually - nothing has changed)

Many thanks for your detailed response.

Hello everybody.

Unfortunately, after updating the program to version 3.0.5, I do not see the history of my transactions.

All would be fine, but after buying a new phone, I had to reinstall Google authentication, so now, in order to go to Binance, I need to reset 2FA authentication. To do this, I need a deposit number, which is only in the history of my wallet.

Communication with the server is.
blocktrail.com confirms the translations. But the address list does not contain the one for which the funds were received.

I apologize for my English. And I hope for the help of more competent people.
