Bitcoin and Ethereum both are staying top position of the crypto market.
But bitcoin is the most use able coin for ever. We can called bitcoin as the king of crypto market. Yep, that right Ethereum is also a good coin. But i prefer Bitcoin.

Now people ar trust bitcoin as like national money.
There have opportunity to earn money from crypto currency. So, in my opinion it is possible to crypto currency replace national  money.
But it will need more time
