1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: PhoenixMiner 5.1c: fastest Ethereum/Ethash miner with lowest devfee (Win/Linux) on: October 18, 2020, 12:16:12 AM
please miner freinds help to set up my rig. im new in phoenix miner. my cards running slow especially rx570 giving 26mhs. it was giving 30mhs on claymore. here is bat file, what can i add and remove.
Thank you everybody.

setx GPU_FORCE_64BIT_PTR 0
setx GPU_MAX_HEAP_SIZE 100
setx GPU_USE_SYNC_OBJECTS 1
setx GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT 100
setx GPU_SINGLE_ALLOC_PERCENT 100
PhoenixMiner.exe -pool stratum+tcp://daggerhashimoto.eu.nicehash.com:3353 -wal 3KPDtEhehBkrgKbXhTx4pZ86n8hgbNyy4E -pass x -proto 4 -stales 0 -cclock 1170 -cvddc 920 -mclock 2070,2070,2010,2070,2070,2070,2070 -mvddc 920 -mt 1 -mi 11
1) You should download the soft amdmemtweak(cli version). Put soft to the same miner folder and right-click at the application->properties->compatibility->click run as administrator.
2) put the command: "amdmemtweak.exe  -i 0,1,2,3,4,5,6 -ref 30"  under the command "setx GPU_SINGLE_ALLOC_PERCENT 100"
3) Otherwise you should lower cclock to 1140/1150 (for 570.8gb) or 1100 (for 4gb cards); cvddc lower to 830-875; mclock to 2025; mvddc to 810-830.

Hope you have desirable hashrate with low power.

Thanks for help
All cards are 8g. REF 30 only giving 480 30.5Mhs and 570 giving 26.5Mhs, it is too low compared to claymore. if i go below 920volts my cards crashes or i get alot incorrect shares. 2060-2070 memory i best i can get till now. How people get 800mv and run these cards? there must be something i missed, Claymore not working anymore and no updates from him. Phoenix how i can get good results? How? AMD mem tweak does the job if you play with timings but im not expert in timings, how to set timing on AMD mem tweak? i tried get straps from claymore and i got them. but as soon as i apply it rig crashes restart. Sad

Uh. If all your cards are 8gb, you can use Claymore with newer or newest or even blockchain beta amd driver. Put the command -strap 1 and -rxboost 1 to your config file. Claymore will auto-finding the best suitable timing strap for each card on-the-fly. And this time you can try lower cclock,cvddc,mvddc to achieve lowest power.

Today 17 October 2020.

In Windows 10 4GB cards no more works on PhoenixMiner 5.1c  Cry Cry Cry

Try to use another miner and write down here if success

With linux, you'll mine etherium until Xmas day.
And with LoLminer in linux you may mine for more 3 years.

I just saw this post in one of the thread in the mining section, it was amazing that he gets that hashrate without moding his bios, I just tried it in one of my moded sapphire nitro rx 570 8gb but i only got 29.5MH, my hdmi connected in my gpu, so I didn't try yet my hdmi inserted to mobo's hdmi.
I also want to share my work:

win10 ver 1709, 5 x pwcl 580.8gb, driver: amd blockchain, claymore 15.
Is it ok?

30 to 31 for me anyways
depending what memory you have

My AMD RX 580 card only provides a hash rate of 10 Mh/s. It is a brand new card. Why is it slow ?
Change your card from graphic to compute mode.!!!

When i changed the drivers the cards were not recognized cause I have flashed them, I used the atimdag-patcher but drivers can be patched, I get an error of driver file too large. Is there anything else that I can do
Thanks a lot
use a higher version. Ver 1.4.8: (https://www.monitortests.com/forum/Thread-AMD-ATI-Pixel-Clock-Patcher)

Hi everybody, I have a problem to need help

I have a rig with 5 cards: 1 x rx580.8g + 4x rx570.4g .
It has gone well in win10 64 with driver 20.4.2-may25.Hash : 32,2, 30.2, 30.2, 29.7, 29.3 => total 151.7 Mh/s

After I have uninstalled by ddu program the driver, I install driver 20.7.1-july9.
But the Claymore causes Windows system crashed. Is it not running with driver 20.7.1 ?

do we still need to flash mining vbios on this or does pheonix suppots vbios straps like claymore?.

hi

ok found in page 2 ""SRBMinerUseXmrStakCPUMining": false"

but
now i try to launch jcminer ,but no way :
Couldn't get data from: http://127.0.0.1:52643
Error message: One or more errors occurred. (An error occurred while sending the request.)
Couldn't get current hashrate: Sequence contains no elements

Error message: One or more errors occurred. (An error occurred while sending the request.)
Couldn't get current hashrate: Sequence contains no elements

try the 5.5.1 ,same :/

May my case help you:
- Go to folder coins.Move or delete the coins you don't mine.
- Edit the coin you mine. For example my stellite coin:
Stellite.json
Code:
{
  /* GENERAL CONFIGURATION - ALWAYS NEEDED */

  // Displayed name, can be anything.
  "DisplayName": "Stellite",
  // Ticker symbol on minecryptonight.net, needed to get profit data
  "TickerSymbol": "XTL",
  // Mining algorithm of coin, can be CryptonightV7, CryptonightHeavy, CryptonightLite, CryptonightBittube, CryptonightStellite, CryptonightHaven or CryptonightMasari
  "Algorithm": "CryptonightStellite",
  // Used Miner, can be XmrStak, CastXmr, SRBMiner or JceMiner (Recommended: XmrStak)
  "Miner": "SRBMiner",
  // Path to script that runs before the miner starts, can be null.
  // For example:: Path to batch file that sets specific OverdriveN settings for this coin
  "PrepareScript": "Overclock.bat",
  // Enables or disables this coin, can be true or false (default: true)
  "Enabled": true,

  /* OVERRIDE SETTINGS - NOT NEEDED */
............
 // Set if you want to also start Xmr-Stak for CPU Mining
  "CastXmrUseXmrStakCPUMining": false,

  /* SRBMINER CONFIGURATION - NEEDED IF MINER IS SRBMINER*/

  // Path to SRBMiner executable
  "SRBMinerPath": "SRBMiner/SRBMiner-CN.exe",
  // Path to SRBMiner config file
  "SRBMinerConfigPath": "SRBMiner/config_stellite.txt",
  // Port of the SRBMiner REST API, should match the port in the config file of SRBMiner.
  "SRBMinerApiPort": 21555,
  // Set the path to SRBMiner pool config file directly (can be null, if you use AUTO POOL CONFIGURATION)
  "SRBMinerPoolsPath": "SRBMiner/pools.xtl.txt",
  // Extra arguments that will be passed over to SRBMiner, can be a string or null
  "SRBMinerExtraArguments": "--gpureorder",
  // Set if you want to also start Xmr-Stak for CPU Mining
  "SRBMinerUseXmrStakCPUMining": false,

  /* JCEMINER CONFIGURATION - NEEDED IF MINER IS JCEMINER */
........

- Go to the folder SRBMiner and fine tuning the config_stellite.txt if you wish. But the API port must match between file coin and config: 21555.
- Configuring your xtl pools. My case is SRBMiner/pools.xtl.txt.

And this is my screenshot:

Hi cryptoprofitswitcher, the app v5.0 run well with miner SRBMiner. But in v5.5, I got an error that makes the app resets after 10 consecutive overshots  like as follow:

Could not get data from http://127.0.0.1:21555.
Error message: One or more errors occured. (An error occurs while sending the request)
Couldn't get current hashrate: Sequence contains no element.
Mining: Bloc Money at 0/Hs Cooldown ready to switch
Switching: WeightcoinsPrices
Watchdog: 10 concecutive overshot(s) out of 10 allowed.

NB: In every coin, there has  line:  "SRBMinerApiPort": 21555, and in config file "api_enabled" : true,
"api_port" : 21555,. So where's the fault?

Plz help to fix it. Thanks a lot.

Will be fixed in the next release. Meanwhile you can add --apienable --remoteport 21555 to all SRBMinerExtraArguments
Example:
Code:
"SRBMinerExtraArguments": "--apienable --remoteport 21555",

Hi cryptoprofitswitcher, thank a lot. After adding extra those arguments, the app v5.5 runs normally as I want. I will try v5.5.1.

New Release: V5.5.0: CryptonightV8 support and more

CryptonightV8 support

Set the algorithm in the coin settings to CryptonightV8 to mine using the new algorithm.
If you want to switch automatically to the new algorithm when the fork of Monero happens:

1. Leave the algorithm as CryptonightV7
2. The auto switch will only work with XmrStak or CastXMR. For XmrStak no actions are required, for CastXMR add the argument --algo=-1 to CastXmrExtraArguments in Monero.json or MoneroOcean.json

Other changes
  • Support for custom ports (@LeGoose)
  • Updated all miners
  • Better logging
  • Fixed Ubuntu build

Future plans:

GUI Configurator
Easier configuration with a GUI.

Hi Cryptoprofitswitcher, I have used the tool and seen it is very usefull and hope you may upgrade to new version including SRB miner 1.6.8 that can mine monero v8 this Oct-18-2018.
14  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: SRBMiner Cryptonight AMD GPU Miner V1.6.7 - with algo switching support on: September 10, 2018, 04:25:39 AM
Dear admin,

 In algo switching mode and cryptonight type config_v7, my hash is lower than in normal pool mode: in my case: normal mode is 5605 H/s but only 5115 H/ in algo switching mode.The miner loads  one thread/card only though I set double threads to true in config files.
So how to have best configuring in algo switching mode.

Thanks.
