I got the same problem. On January 31st 2018, I withdrew 7102.27072727 XVG from yobit to binance and shit happens. Binance wallet didnt show up and couldnt check the hash in https://verge-blockchain.info/search My hash is: d657c6ee62ebe4df1e7cf64b048657be09a3ad9401059e208827de55f4169b6c. I've sent the ticket but there is no reply until now. How long should i wait for them to resolve? Any advises are welcome. I'm still waiting for Yobit support and there was no reply after 2 weeks.
