Do you guys use ICO listing to find an ICO to invest in or is there some other place to look for one? I just don't think I can trust ICO calendars so much.
I already know what areas I should look at when choosing an ICO but I don't know exactly where to start. Is there any reliable platform for whatever kind where I can find a good ICO to invest in? Which channel do you trust?

I actually sold mine when it was still around 400. Good thing I did! But I'm planning to buy more when the price drops even lower. Buy low, Sell high!

With the number of scam and/or unsuccessful ICOs, do you still recommend investing in one or two? Why should or shouldn't I?
I did and it was the best decision I made. I sold when bitcoin was around 7k+ dollars because I panicked. Good thing I did!

You need to find out if the project is doing an ICO just to earn from raising funds or looking at a long-term growth.
Study the project well before joining an ICO. Don't base purely on hype and ratings. Read their whitepaper and learn about their team. Successful ICOs must be backed by an existing business, a team with real experience, and notable advisors/mentors.
Most ICOs are scam. But not some are really determined to grow from it.

They seem biased to me. A friend of mine who's doing an ICO told me that they paid 10ETH for 5 quality ratings and that's that! I noticed that some ICOs with good project, team, and good social media presence are struggling with getting good reviews.
With all that said, should it still be a factor to look at when investing in ICO?

What are the perks of investing in ICO? To my understanding, the returns on ICOs are quite higher than on altcoins but can also be risky. What else do I need to put in mind?
What are the factors to consider when participating in an ICO? I know this is subjective and depends on what kind of risk taker you are but if you are to list down the 5 most important factors, what will they be?
I think this can also help other people who are new to ICO to be more selective in where they invest and protect themselves from being scammed.

Definitely hold. Cutting losses now wouldn't do any good. Hold it a little longer, besides, the market is looking good. Buy low, sell high.
What coins do you suggest for long-term holding? Bitcoin and Ethereum excluded.
Diversify! Do both Buy-and-Hold and Buy-and-Sell strategy so you get the best of both worlds. Hold major coins like Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, etc. while trade other less known coins from time to time.

It feels like it's this time of the year again for the bullish market. Not sure if it's gonna the same as last year though. But many will recover. Whaddya think?
I doubt that people who bought Bitcoin in the last quarter of 2017 can recover there loses by the end of this year. But I would agree with some statements here saying that Bitcoin is beginning to become more stable.

Market is looking good right now. Let's see what happens in the next few months.

You must to add token details to let participants to get in the idea. Good luck guys.
Great catch, Songz! The tokens details weren't prominent enough to be noticed easily. But we have updated the ANN now to make it more visible. You can check the "token details" to see it. Thanks!

As much as it's nice to invest in ICOs, lots of them are scams and only after for the $$$. I highly suggest you study the following before considering to invest:
1. Team - See the credibility of the team by visiting their website and checking out the team section and their linkedin/twitter accounts. 2. Whitepaper - Take time to read their whitepaper and understand what makes their project feasible, not just unique (many unique and untried projects are difficult to implement). 3. Community - Do visit the ICO's telegram and other social media account to see how the community responds to the project. 4. Online activities - Having a lot of online activities like blogs and articles, social media posts, videos, etc. is sign of an active and healthy ICO.
There are other factors for sure but these are the 4 major things to consider for me. Good luck in your journey!
