It is utterly impossible for any government to ban cryptocurrencies. Don't forget it is a decentralized system. Regulating its trading by regulating exchanges is the most they could do IMO.

Koinex, Bitbns, CoinDelta are my most trusted exchanges. And now even Zebpay has started trading of Ripple, that might help you as well.

Bitbns is a really good exchange to trade some cryptocurrencies like Ripple. Just transfer them later into a better wallet.

I have made an account on more than 10-15 exchanges. But the exchanges that I use most often are Koinex, Coindelta, Bitbns and Zebpay to some extent.
