We have not put team members publicly on the website as there are two members who are currently working their notice period at their current employers. Once that ends at the end of February we will add that section to the website.

We are raising funds for various things we want to do, but the important ones we would like to raise is the following:

Software tool = $10 000 (I know it sounds a lot, but that is not just paying for the "toolbar" but various other components needed)

Advertising portal and infrastructure to create, track and enable advertisers and publishers login and create adverts etc, custom coded and ready to rollout = approx. $25 000.

This could be reduced if we halve the amount of servers in the beginning and increase if needed once demand increases, but I would prefer having redundancy servers waiting to catch extra load if it increases suddenly. don't want it to lag and not track properly. The amount of pageview tracking counts will just increase all the time as software becomes popular.

Marketing spend = We'd like some money to hire professional PR and marketing firm to market the software to targeted people. This might be more than one company due to perhaps geographical/ethnic/diversity demographics.

Other things are nice to have and if we raise enough we will do this, but is not central to our main ICO.
We want to add our own cryptocurrency exchange as well, as we feel many tokens and coins miss out on exposure due to larger exchanges ignoring them. We'd like to correct this. This would hopefully create a working capital for the future.

So we are announcing that we are dropping out token price to $0.10 per token. We figure that this will generate enough funds for us to develop our product and should generate enough interest once we list.

As an update on what we have been up to, and the over-riding reason why we are starting an ICO.

We will be using MDCMCoin as a unit of payment and reward for placing and viewing adverts. The Advertising platform has several layers: the first one is the ad exchange, which is built on Ethereum smart contracts with a few solutions for a quicker layer on top of that (or side-by-side) being experimented upon. The ad exchange is built in a way to facilitate the entire relationship between publishers, advertisers and end users, therefore replacing the usual network of multiple exchanges, SSPs and DSPs and all the complexity, inaccurancy and inefficiency that comes with it.

On top of the exchange, we are building dapps for the publisher portal, advertiser portal and the MDCM profile (for end users). Dapps are distributed applications that connect to the Ethereum blockchain and interact with it, but typically with a user-friendly user interface. All of those dapps will be browser-based and easily accessible online, hosted by MDCM - but since they're interacting with the blockchain directly, anyone can run their own instance of those dapps if they want to. These can easily be injected in existing social media websites for viewing as well.

We will be implementing MDCMCoin in our advertising portal and affiliate marketing systems, allowing publishers and advertisers alike to use our tokens to pay and be paid for advertising. The constant volume should hopefully inflate the price once it gets listed on exchanges.

We will be using the funds raised to pay for infrastructure upgrades, software development as well as increasing our crypto-mining capabilities as well to generate further funds as well as add monetary backing to MDCMCoin.
