1. Proxy Card agreed on reducing Hard Cap from 300 Mil to 50 Mil tokens,
no more OLD PRXY will be created.
Therefore proxy will release a new smart contract with new ePRX tokens.
2. Due to missunderstandings between Circulation supply and Hard Cap supply,
Proxy Card will hand out new ePRX tokens in the following ratios
to old PRXY Token Holders and eBTC Token Holders:
- Old PRXY Token Holders:
For each old PRXY token held, you will get two (2) new ePRX tokens;
Date/ Time will be announced.
- eBTC Token Holders:
For each eBTC token held,
you will get one (1) new ePRX token! This will happen in about 4 weeks;
till then feel free to trade. In 4 weeks a snapshot will be taken.
When we take the snapshot in about 4 weeks from now:
YOUR HOLDINGS MUST BE IN A WALLET OF WHICH YOU HOLD
THE PRIVATE KEY, NOT IN AN EXCHANGE'S WALLET!
Right now, you donīt have to do anything. You can trade as before.
3. When the new ePRX tokens are distributed,
the old PRXY tokens will NO LONGER BE SUPPORTED.
4. Proxy Wallet will be officially released today,

I have bought EBTC and stored in my Ledger Nano to keep it for long term. What the above statement means ? Is it a good news or bad ? Does my ebtc coins in ledger will automatically change to ePRX ?
Because i heard ebtc had an issue earlier with contract and released new ebtc token, when it happened i believe price fell.
Does the eBtc to eprx change with new contract means, will the price fall again ?
I am really worried, dont know if i should move coins back to exchange and sell it ASAP. Could someone please explain.
I am new to crypto terminology and trading.
