In your case, your own custom mining pool is the solution. What are the current options that allow non-kyc withdrawal?
Also looking to maximize return ofc.

The github repo you shared are, actually none compatible with Bitcoin as they are outdated and all of them require modification in the code to run BTC mining, particularly ASICboost feature. github/tpruvot/yiimp github/Coleganet/Coleganet-Pool-Install github/jtoomim/p2pool github/zone117x/node-open-mining-portalHey everybody, which free and open-source mining pools are currently available that could be operated via self-hosting with an existing full node under Linux? I know that there is the soloCK pool available on bitbucket, but as far as I remember it was said somewhere that this code cannot be used like this but requires some customization. Is that still true or false information? Is there a ready-made and functional version of the soloCK pool that you could build, install and use on a Linux node which is already running bitcoind? soloCK is trustworthy and we know it works as we've seen dozens of blocks mined using this software several times (coinbase tx sig). I recently read somewhere about a solo mining pool called " Public Pool" that can either be installed and used as part of umbrel as an app or could also be operated as a self-hosted solo mining pool isolated from umbrelOS. I am not sure, but at a first glance I got the impression that this is possibly not complete open-source and thus not trustworthy. I don't want to mine a block to find out afterwards that something weird happened and I never got the reward. I also read some negative reports about this solo pool called “Public Pool” on the net, but I am not sure if this is true. Can anyone confirm this or is it just based on the personal sensitivities of individuals? What are your opinion about that solo mining pool called "Public Pool" ? I tried looking for some alternatives and stumbled across: https://github.com/tpruvot/yiimphttps://github.com/Coleganet/Coleganet-Pool-Installhttps://github.com/jtoomim/p2poolhttps://github.com/zone117x/node-open-mining-portalAlthough they have not been updated for a long time and it looks like they are not updated regularly. Then I've also found this here: https://github.com/stratum-mining/stratumbut I'm not sure whether it even fulfills the intended purpose or not. So, are there any miners among you who mine at home on their own full node and with their own solo pool, maybe even with a successfully mined block and who could recommend a specific setup? I am aware of the risks of high latency risks and possible orphan blocks resulting from this but: please - don't start a debate about why not mine on existing solo pools, that's not the point. I look forward to a lively discussion, thank you.

To solo mine on Pi OS with your own Bitcoin Core node, compile ckpool from the source and configure it to point to your local node via RPC. It takes some persistence, but it’s doable. Hey guys, here is my current set up:
- Raspberry pi 5 8gb with a 2tb nvme - OS: Pi OS full desktop version - Bitcoin Core fully synced - A gamma 601 that is solo/lottery mining through ckpool
What I would like to do is to set up a solo mining pool on the Pi OS, so I can mine directly to my own node. I've tried setting up ckpool with no success, I couldn't find a working tutorial on Google. I read somewhere that p2pool.in can work with Pi OS, but unsure how legit it is...
Any suggestions or help would be much appreciated.
p.s. I know umbrelOS is the easy way out, since they have bitcoin core and public pool in their app store. I do want to learn how to do this on Pi OS though.

Shares in mining pools are calculated based on the miner's submitted proof-of-work that meets a preset difficulty target. Each valid submission is a "share" and reflects the miner's contribution. One thing that I cannot get enough information in the internet is what constitutes as a `share` in pooled mining. In pooled mining, each miner gets a target difficulty by the pool. This target difficulty varies pool-to-pool. The ASIC miner tries to find a solution ABOVE this target difficulty. Typical log looks like this: ₿ (1320199) asic_result: Ver: 21014000 Nonce D0060406 diff 2914.8 of 1024. ₿ (1336969) asic_result: Ver: 24494000 Nonce 05A6009C diff 1168.5 of 1024. Now from the pools perspective, what are my shares? Are they 1024 + 1024 = 2048 Or 2914.8 + 1168.5 = 4,083.3 I do know that the hashrate is calculated using target difficulty of the shares w.r.t time. But I am confused about the shares that the pool track.

It seems the last release of P2Pool was in 2017, from what I found P2Pool is now only really popular in Monero. Does the Bitcoin P2Pool still work though? Although if it did, you would likely see a lot more blocks mined by it on the chain.
Bitcoin’s original P2Pool has been inactive for years. A revival effort called P2Pool v2 is underway, with active development on GitHub, though adoption remains minimal. It’s worth noting that decentralized pools like this often face challenges such as latency, orphaned blocks, and low hashrate visibility—especially on Bitcoin’s high-difficulty chain
