I had a lot of problems when I first got onto Kraken, but I was getting onto Kraken about that same time that millions of other people were trying to join all these exchanges. It was slow, and I was getting a lot of time-out errors with my browser.
Now, for me at least, I don't have any of those issues. Works very well now.
I still don't use kraken pretty much at all though anymore because of the lack of variety it offers. Kucoin, Binanace and Polo are the three I use now.

I'd say a couple of regrets....
...being a computer nerd, I had heard about Bitcoin way way back in the day, and just kind of thought it was a neat thing, but not something that would amount to anything.
...about a year and a half ago, my best friend started getting into bitcoin for online sports gambling. Buy BTC, gamble the BTC, win more BTC, turn it into cash. He started doing research and started dipping his toes in back then. It wasn't until about 8 or 9 months ago that I started to dip my toes into the crypto oceans... and well, I'm in now.
...when I first got into crypto, I wasn't sure how it all worked, so twice I tried to ride the wave, and then sell, and then rebuy on the low side.. and both times I came out on the wrong side of the equation. I didn't know near enough to be doing what I was doing.

Poloniex : it is easy to get hacked, and if your account is hacked you will find it hard to restore it because poloniex support is very slow How is poloniex easy to get hacked?

Certainly looks like a money grab to me. Fork a coin, a bunch of people buy it right off the bat, owners take profits, then it plummets.

You have only lost the money when you sell your investments at a loss. If you don't sell, if you are patient and hodl, you will probably get back to even at some point, and maybe even make a profit.

At one point I ended up having 3x'd my Tron, so I sold enough to get my initial buy back, and I'm holding the rest. I really like Tron, and think it will do well, but it's certainly a long term hold for now. But it's also a great time to buy it.

I imagine if it was hacked, we'd be hearing a lot more from people in the actual know as opposed to just hearsay...|
Just maintenance, everything requires it from time to time.

Good news for certain, but being on xCurrent, as opposed to xRapid, they won't be using XRP, if I understand how ripple works currently. So, it's a benefit in that another big name is signing on to do business with ripple as a company, but we certainly want to see those big names moving from xCurrent to xRapid.
Someone please correct me if I'm wrong, or not understanding it fully.

I think we can all agree that the blockchain technology behind all these different coins or tokens is real, and it will change the future of a lot of industries. If blockchain has to drag the crypto sector with it, kicking and screaming, it will do so. Crypto will recover because the big idea behind it can't be stopped... it's on a leash of sorts.

I have strong positions in some of the coins I like long term, like LTC DRGN XRP XLM POE XEM ADA SUB.
Then i've got some fliers out there that I'll watch, I love the ideas, but I'm not in deep on em, such as GAS TRX DENT MAID GNT EMC2 XVG
I get torn between strengthening positions on the coins I really like long term, or coins/tokens that are already in work.... or taking fliers on others that I love the sound of, but are still more idea phase than usage phase.
