ADDED: The support chat seems to suggest that it applies only to the first year. My follow-up question was left unanswered until the operators went offline.

But in this write up https://bitcoinexchangeguide.com/lh-crypto/ it says: “We are so confident about the success of our project that we take the responsibility to keep the yearly profit from our tokens at the level of 20%,” as if suggesting that it is a yearly thing (that is, that it also applies every year, and not just to the first year.

Hope we can get a conclusive answer to this. Because from an investment stand point, being guaranteed a return of 20% in just ONE year (the first year) is a lot different from being guaranteed a yearly return of 20% EVERY year. I'll leave the question like this for now, but I may have follow up questions later depending on the answer received. Thank you.
