I don't think it is a good idea, atleast in a real estate area Why do you think real estate is not appropriate for this? Is it unique? No, but it's better to keep tokens to get dividends (in a long term period). If we are speaking about really worthy projects. I haven't seen any actually ... Hello, dividends will be paid every quarter after ICO ends starting from October most likely. But ICO ends before October, what is payment depends from? |

Уже инвесторы должны выбирать наиболее безопасные кошельки и следить за сохранностью своих паролей. Очень важно заботиться о безопасности токенов. Поэтому и кошельки надо тщательно выбирать. Особенно если на этих кошельках хранится много токенов. Все платежи в Ethereum легко проверить и хакеры заранее знают сколько денег они украдут если взломают кошелек. К сожалению часто пользователи сами дают ключи от кошельков. Сколько таких было случаев с хардфорками. Ethereum отличный выбор, с безопасностью у них все на высоком уровне! |

Du must Bounty suchen wo nicht so viele Leute sind. Dann hast du mehr Token und die Verteilung ist auch schneller. Schau nach Envion. Tausende Leute waren dabei und alle werden sehr wenig Token bekommen. Die werden sich noch wundern falls sie jemals ihre Token bekommen. Die Bounty Leute warten dort schon Wochen auf ihre kleine Belohnung. Aber sie wird klein sein weil zu viele Leute dort dabei waren .
Dabei musst du allerdings bedenken das das Risiko viel höher ist, das aus diesem Projekt nichts wird und deine Coins wertlos sind. Wenn du die natürlich überhaupt noch bekommst. Ist genau so wie mit anderen Bountys, nicht nur Signaturen Kampagnen. Hab z.B. mehrere Projekte von klein bis groß übersetzt. Aus der Hälfte wurde nichts, sprich deine Arbeit war umsonst  Genau. Hab solche Geschichten mehrmals gelesen - einen Monat Arbeit und dann nichts. sad but true. |

Сейчас многие выбирают между прибылью и стабильностью. И в большинстве случаев предпочитают прибыль. Особенно в сфере криптовалют, когда курсы быстро и растут и падают. А тут бизнес связан с реальным сектором, да еще и недвижимостью. Это очень консервативный актив.
Если бы люди хотели стабильности, они бы положили под подушку деньги, ну или в крайнем случае пошли бы в банк! На биржу люди приходят за риском, за который хорошо и платят. Чем выше риск тем больше прибыль (ну или убыток, кому как повезет). Но кто не рискует тот не пьет шампанское с омарами) Крипта это та еще лотерея, то биржу взломают, то просто курс решит на дно упасть. а недвижимость стоит себе, и только дорожает. ха, крипта лотерея? а когда банки лопаются? или кризисы финансовые мировые? В любом деле есть риск, и хранить дома деньги опаснее всего В чём бы ты не хранил деньги, всегда есть шанс потерять это из-за непредвиденных обстоятельствах. Всегда есть риски, а ты там сам уже решаешь идти на них или нет. В крипте хотя бы есть шанс на выигрыш. А вот с мнением, что недвижимость стоит себе и только дорожает это сомнительное утверждение. Ее как правило надо еще до ума довести, чтобы она приносила прибыли, а не тянула с тебя деньги. Конечно если она стоит и не работает много не заработаешь, а вот если сдавать тут можно нормально заработать. Вы знаете какие цены сейчас на аренду коммерции.....в хорошем торговом комплексе очереди стоят, чтобы местечко себе отхватить. В хорошем ТЦ цены просто заоблачные! Маленькое местечко у входа может стоить несколько миллионов! Кто из нас не мечтал стать владельцем красивого и прибыльного торгового центра? Но все понимают, что это огромные вложения! А теперь с таким проектом мечты сбываются! )) |
