丧尽天良的bter啊我27好早上提的500pts 到今天2014年3月2日11:15:20 2天多的时间还没到账。bts分红跟是没有。找客服理论根本不理就让我等到账

到现在2014年3月1日15:01:17 依然一个确认都没有，他们提供的id完全查不到。我怀疑他们故意提供一个虚假的id，就说是给我发送了pts，其实根本没发送 pts 我时代提款无数次了都是最多半小时到账。

电话我都打了几十个了没人接。客服还跟我说还有30多个小时没到账的都有，他们都忙死了。有被bter骗的，一起顶起，一起维权

我是昨天2014年2月28日10:17:08提款的一笔500pts到我的账户： id是：3ddbeaced3cdfffda6268f364ad26ec300d340d543ff8536e5f172c7dc531803 https://coinplorer.com/PTS/Transactions/3ddbeaced3cdfffda6268f364ad26ec300d340d543ff8536e5f172c7dc531803 这个是他们提供的id block 到现在还查不到啊到现在2014年3月1日10:44:16了还没查到，都超过24小时了都没到账，bts快照是2014年3月1日08:00 现在都快照过了，bter吞了我的500pts 也吞了所有bts分红。从昨天到现在我联系他们客服上百次，一直说是在处理，解决，今天快照过了，居然还是一个确认都没有。我跟他们反映，要他们先记录我的500pts 的分红快照。他们居然说他们连个区块查询id都不会。要我等我的pts到账后再说。
