Pool Valid Hashrate has been at exactly 13.37 PH/s for many hours. It usually fluctuates.

Look at your link. It is different algo that the blocksfactory finding, not sha-256.

Even though the round takes longer due to hash rate, you still get the same of amount of shares earned when they do find a block. I had a .25 round earning on that 41 minute round Wink

Not actually. llc.multipools.club show that i can earn 24 LCC / day on my 65 TH (actually is 70). However, this is from supernova.cc:

Edit: it means i'm earning at this diff. and 65 TH in lcc.multipools.club 24 LCC but oldmanpunk (whoever he is) at this diff. and 81 TH earns 20.72 LCC/DAY.

Why does it seem that the bootstrap.dat isn't doing a thing?

If you look in the folder where you have the bootstrap, you'll see things happening. It has to index the entire Litecoin chain, and then all the post fork blocks. It takes a while, even with a bootstrap.
