I hope this reaches your CEO,

You have so many unhappy community members and you guys really showing you don’t care now you have the money.

Your banning people from telegram, your not being true to your word and penalising those who broke your rules with more gas, this has been proven yet you do not come out and speak openly about it. Anyone who dare mentions it gets banned, this is bad police work as your hiding from the truth.

You plan on holding our funds for 5 weeks or longer when your moving those funds around from wallet to wallet for your own purpose quicker than jack flash.

We want my money back immediately or we will make it our mission to publish on every single outlet media know to the industry with multiple posts.

We want an apology for being treated in such an ILL MANNER, being IGNORED, being KICKED from your telegram room because your staff are not trained to deal with customer service good enough.

This is totally unacceptable behaviour for a company that its yet to gain trust in the blockchain industry, instead, you are already tarnishing your name.

Just look at your twitter and telegram to see the truth.


You can’t even reply to the emails your being sent.
