@everyone We have seen a lot of anxiety in the community for the past two weeks about the bear market that most coins are experiencing. I wanted to write a brief note, so we are all on the same page with the community. First: We have been since day one a public team with a clear and public purpose, transform the general aviation industry. We will continue to pursue that and one of our priorities is to continue to work on our ^business case and our ^^whitepaper. Second: We had an unusual amount of NiceHash attacks and we will continue to have them, so be prepared. The reason for this is that the people behind those attacks strongly believe that our coin is going to rise dramatically because our coin has a purpose and a clear public strategy. Three: we are expanding and transforming our core team. The reason for this is that at the beginning (first three months) we need to strengthen the team on the core platform. Znuff had been with us now for a couple of weeks doing a fantastic job helping you all get your MNs up and running and two more developers will be announced in the next few days. Four: We are currently in talks with strategic partners from the technology sector (JSquare) and from the USA accredited investor based. An announcement on this soon. We would like to take the opportunity of this announcement also to thank all of you that have put your energy and effort on our coin. It is time for Coin2Fly to move to the next level!!!! Best, Clive Rudd CEO & Co-founder ^ Business Case: https://coin2fly.com/release/Coin2Fly_BusinessCase_V06.pdf^^ whitepaper: https://github.com/coin2fly/coin2flycore/wiki/Whitepaper

I know about the guy behind that company and he is one of THE most hardworking solid people in this industry I would say. But I decided to set up the masternode myself, turned out to be really easy. Thanks for the response and thanks for this great coin! Keep it up!
Are you talking about Dev? he was talking about this other company ( https://jsquared.io/) The Coin2Fly team.

Seems like a good project. Looking to get a masternode. Anyone here with experience in getting it hosted? Is there a system that allows you to keep the coins in your wallet? I have another masternode for a different coin and there I can keep the coins in my wallet while the masternode is running and hosted by someone else. Is that possible with this coin as well?
Max, we had last week a phone call with these guys ( https://jsquared.io/) who are in Florida, US and I think they do just that. It might be worth giving them a call. If you do please let us know what did that workout. Coin2Fly team

I’m sorry very you feel that way.
We are running a pool that is up and running 99% of the time. We had issues with our cloud provider yesterday that we resolved in less than 3 hours.
I believe is a bit unfair that you refer to our development team and our project in that manner.
The Coin2Fly team
The wallet is stuck since yesterday. Anything to do about it? EDIT: Go to transactions it will autoupdate ![Huh](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/huh.gif) If it is a Mac or Windows wallet, just Reindex. If it is a Linux wallet just do these commands, cd ~/.coin2flycore coin2fly-cli stop rm -rf backups/ rm -rf blocks/ rm -rf chainstate/ rm db.log rm fee_estimates.dat rm banlist.dat rm netfulfilled.dat rm peers.dat rm mncache.dat rm mnpayments.dat rm debug.log rm governance.dat coin2flyd

same situation for me, also the wallet is not syncing anymore since yesterday. It shows 8 connections to the net but never go sync.
if the MAIN DEV POOL acts like a 4 yo child, then why I should go and search other pools to mine this coin?
So people, act at your own risk, but developers of this coin do whatever they want without any notice or advice to miners, if you lose coins is only your problem as they are never going to pay yo the lost coins. And if you ask for them you got kicked. <sarcasm> Yeah, seems like a serious coin with a serious developers team </sarcasm>
WE HAVE ADVISED MANY TIMES THAT THERE ARE MORE THAN 5 POOLS THAT CARRY COIN2FLY. 1) HashFaster https://hashfaster.com/Code: -a neoscrypt -o stratum+tcp://hashfaster.com:4233 -u <WALLETID> -p c=CTF(edited) 2) Coin2Fly Pool http://pool.coin2fly.com/Code: -o stratum+tcp://pool.coin2fly.com:4233 -u <WALLETID> -p c=CTF(edited) 3) CryptoAlly https://pool.cryptoally.net/Code: -o stratum+tcp://eu.cryptoally.net:4233 -u <WALLETID> -p c=CTF(edited) 4) PoolDaddy [Suspicious link removed]/ Code: -a neoscrypt -o [Suspicious link removed]:4234 -u <WALLETID> -p c=CTF If you have a pool and you are carrying CTF, please let us know to add you to our pool list. Be very cautious of mining this coin, visit the Discord below and see how people feel cheated with the developers: Forum: https://forum.coin2fly.com/Discord channel: https://discord.gg/vyRKp2wYesterday, hundreds of coins were orphaned because the developers were doing some upgrade as you can see in the forum. Several thousand coins were lost because of this and the developers refuse to compensate or refund the miners. I was one of the miners who lost around 100 coins and to make it worse some of the miners DID not receive the confirmed coins in their wallet although the poolsite states that transactions were made. I am not sure if the developers are rectifying it and i am not here to create a bad image on the coin but i have made losses and will share with anyone all evidence if they want. Bottom line this coin is very risky to mine. Developers: Very irresponsible (not to compensate the coins) Main Pool: Unstable (maintenance done without any announcements) Attitude: Unprofessional ( developers were not willing to assist, instead they were trying to shut miners up) If anyone have gone thru the same situation as me, please post to let the public know of this. Thank you Anybody wants to mine this coin please see be sure that there are plenty of pools where you can safely do so. The previous message is factually incorrect and irresponsible. Here are some of the pools where you can do so: 1) HashFaster https://hashfaster.com/Code: -a neoscrypt -o stratum+tcp://hashfaster.com:4233 -u <WALLETID> -p c=CTF(edited) 2) Coin2Fly Pool http://pool.coin2fly.com/Code: -o stratum+tcp://pool.coin2fly.com:4233 -u <WALLETID> -p c=CTF(edited) 3) CryptoAlly https://pool.cryptoally.net/Code: -o stratum+tcp://eu.cryptoally.net:4233 -u <WALLETID> -p c=CTF(edited) 4) PoolDaddy [Suspicious link removed]/ Code: -a neoscrypt -o [Suspicious link removed]:4234 -u <WALLETID> -p c=CTF If you have a pool and you are carrying CTF, please let us know to add you to our pool list.
