So can we pay a visit to your HQ and see actual proofs of your work?

Also can you name those suppliers:?
Cases (Contractor): Bucharest, Romania
Power Supply and Accessories (Reseller): Bucharest, Romania

Also why does your phone match this company:

http://www.vrajitorul.eu/en/firma/19246937/ovipas-srl
Now out of business and located In Suceava?

And this hotel:
Motel Monza
120 RON
Adresă: Strada Chimiei 12, Bacău 600286
Telefon:0744 157 749

Stompix, I will answer your questions in order:

1. Yes, you can pay a visit anytime.
2. Cases: Norma
3. Power Supply and Accessories: PCGarage
4. Probably they had this phone number before I've had it. Have no connection with Ovipas.
5. Motel Monza is another business that I own but I think this is a personal matter.

Thanks,
Andrei

(..) then let’s see the real pictures which should have been used in the auction in the first place.

The first unit looked a little bit differently and that's why we are not using that picture. As mentioned in the previous post I will post some pictures with the unit and a video with our facility.

Thanks,
Andrei

Andrei, we're not out to give you a hard time, just discuss the facts, and the more information the better!  :-)

That's not a problem. I am happy because people are interested even if some are skeptical. Also, any suggestions are welcome. We are really open to people's opinions because it helps us to make our company better every day.

I will post some pictures with the unit that the guy from eBay received. Also, I will create a video with our facility where we build the miners.

Thanks,
Andrei

The miners look quite over-priced or under-powered.  120 GH/s for $4290?  At the present difficulty, even if is only increasing at half the rate of the last few months, it doesn't look like it would ever break even even if you started mining on December 1st, 2013.  If you start February 1, 2014 it is terrible.

The more mining companies the better in my opinion, but you have to run the numbers to make sure that the pricing makes sense.  At ~$400 then it could make sense for a February delivery.

We had a high demand on the first 50 units sold on eBay.

Our next generation will keep the same prices but they will have much more power. Right now we don't have an estimate regarding the release date of the next line.

Thanks,
Andrei

What is this ASIC scam doing in "Press"?

Hello,

We realise that there are lots of skeptic people due to previous scams around different places but please give us a chance and don't throw words without evidence.

Thanks,
Andrei

I like the vacation home you're using as a "base of operations".

I guess you are very skeptical about us and there is nothing we can do. Everybody has the right to have their own opinion.

Thanks,
Andrei

Before I send off all my bitcoins to Romania, what's the ASIC technology used? Microns? Process? Where's the fab?

There are many announcements (and justified skeptics) here... For every KNC miner there are dozens of Butterfly Labs - or worse - unfortunately.

Hello,

On this series of products we are using AVALON 2 A3255-Q48 55nm ASIC Chips with overclocked speed of 1.5-1.6 GH/s at 1.0V (2.5W / GHs). This is Avalon's second generation of SHA256 processors.

BlackMiner Toddler uses 80 ASIC Chips, BlackMiner One uses 144 ASIC Chips and BlackMiner Monster uses 288 ASIC Chips.

Units are manufactured as follows:

- PCB (In-House): Bacau, Romania
- Cases (Contractor): Bucharest, Romania
- Raspberry Pi (Imported): London, United Kingdom
- ASIC Chips (Imported): Arrow Central Europe, Austria
- Power Supply and Accessories (Reseller): Bucharest, Romania
- Assembly (In-House): Bacau, Romania

Our full address and contact information can be found on our website.

Feel free to ask any other questions that you might have.

Regards,
Andrei

That's the laziest shit I've ever seen. You couldn't even cut some aluminum and plop some fans in there - you had to Photoshop the fan grills on? Roll Eyes

Hi Kluge,

First of all let me thank you for your time reading our press release. These are the 3D renders of our cases. If you have a look at other mining hardware manufacturers, they do it in the same way.

We will post real images immediately after our cases come out from the factory.

Regards,
Andrei

I am interested in starting a REAL PROFESSIONAL BITCOIN EXCHANGE with a real team for support, administration, etc. but there is one slight problem. I am based in Romania. I am afraid that people will not trust the service because Romania doesn't have very good image worldwide. What is your opinion?  Huh
