Synereo started a token sale under the promise of delivering Rchain and some other things. Those things were all marketed but nothing has been delivered and nothing is planned to be delivered anymore. Instead, they developed a Google Chrome plugin and they intend to make this plugin a decentralized plugin. This is the reason why the price went down so heavily. As a matter of fact, it is now around 1/15th of the sale price, so who put 15 BTC in it can now sell those AMPs for nearly 1 BTC or so. In my sole opinion, it is still overpriced.

Yourchain announced they will copy Rchain and do something better. That's a cheap bet.

this coin fell to 1 of Satoshi and there is no certainty that it will be able within a year to become a lot more expensive

The hacking message on their site looks fishy to me aswell
Everything indicates that this was planned as a scam from the beginning, really a shame.
