Why Bitcoin Cash is so underperformed compare to overall market and Bitcoin itself ?
I remember there's a lot of big name behind Bitcoin cash and many miners backing it.
Any recent development I missed ? 

Just hold on to it. Or buy some more to average down. Especially if BTC drop into 5K range.
This is how BTC behave, I ride this up and down from ~200ish

If you think about it, it's pretty ridiculous how bank doing this. 

What's the bank to tell me how I spend my money?  good or bad, it's my decision to make.

Stick with the strong coin/token with track record of solid project and team.
