Basically they are creating something called Skynet Open Network, Fabric, which you can think of as the "root" of all the trees. This is a blockchain platform that allows the creation of Proof-of-Stake blockchains that can have their own independent governance, virtual machines, etc. The native staking token for this is Skynet and the native fee token for this is called Light. But, is the token security or utility? It's utility token. |

Does this token apply to investors worldwide or only to investors in certain countries?
Do you want to be an investor dude ?  You must have accreditation and not come from USA or China because there are restrictions for both countries especially for unaccredited investors. Actually, US accredited investors can contribute to the tokensale. Got info from admin in the telegram group. |

What are the obstacles facing the team in advancing this project?
Well, got few infos from their website that they set 3M USD as minimum cap for the project. and the hardcap is set to 38M USD You have wrongly answered him! lol. But at least I got my answer! However i think 38 millions USD is too much, isn't it? Ah sorry, i was trying to answer your question lol. 38 mils USD i think is not that much, because the project itself is about to be a game changer in the IoT area. |

SKYNET token are used for staking, LIGHT is for fees and SINGULARITY is for KnowledgeNet |

As what i got from the website, SON token is an erc20 token which is built on ethereum blockchain. But, later the platfrom add Proof-of-Stake system. *CMIIW* |

As far as I know, it will be automatically credited to your wallet accounts after you send the contribution fund |

I think they wont pre-mined the rest allocation that is unsold, it would be good for coin circulation to keep low while the demand raise. |
