wow this sucks so much. I totally understand your situation and feel your pain. I would probably feel the exact same thing if I was in your situation. Think of it as a lesson for the future, always back up your data. Whether you have bitcoins or not, some file sitting on your PC will be useful some day in the future and taking 10 minutes to back up your data will always help.
