Why instead of simply say "i will refund" don't you say what the problems are?

Also are you going to send compensation for the time wasted waiting?

And another week goes by without knowing when we will see our orders

Lol consider that it is now mid December and some of us are still waiting for the november shipment... ofcourse no updates as apparently speedy which is the only shipping company in Europe is refusing to accept the parcels.

And in a month time differ could change a lot, was 700M and now is 900M... by the time i'll see my order, if ever, all btc blocks will be exausted and I'll probably be a grandad.

Well we are looking at november orders stuck in "cancelled" status and i understand what you are saying however if the only reply we get is "i will refund you and not accept orders from you again" please allow me to be suspicious.

I did say many times that yes i questioned if this was a scam or not (main reason is it seems there are no issues with small orders but only for larger orders) and that if it turns out to be all good i will have no issues in taking back everything i said.

But again the response was as above which continues to leave us in the dark.

If the issue is speedy, why not opt for other curiuers, i have arranged for shipping within eu and also outside the eu many times and with all the main companies without problems, and trust me shipping human blood is not so simple as shipping a piece of hardware.

Again no reply to the questions regarding the use of other services.

I think items have Ben oversold and that is why it is taking so long to send them out. Quite likely the November orders are not ready and that is why shipping is marked as cancelled. If this was not the case it would not take more than 2 weeks to resend them.

The "I will refund you and not accept orders from you again" is nnot a normal approach to business imho.

But again you only hear back if you mention the word legal so... not really holding my breath to a response let alone to receiving my order.

That said I lot nearly 1 month of mining which yes is arguable but it is what it is so no, will not accept a simple refund yet, I want my items.

Martin, let me put things clearly here now that I finally have a reply from you.

I have boght items from you before and found them to be excellent so ordered more.

This issue is now happening and I think it is a bit unfair on your side to "not accept any more orders from me".

I have tried to contact you many times and never received a reply, never.

Now put yourself in my position, what would you start to think?

As I said I understand you are busy but at least reply and update your costumers.

You said that some of november orders were returned to you and would be dispatched again Monday or Tuesday yet there has been no updates.

I don't think I am being unreasonable at least in asking to be told, sorry but there are more delays and what is causing them.

There are plenty of delivery companies that serve europe so I really don't see why it's taking 2 weeks to have one of them picking this up

Well I am going to look into legal adice now, he has held my money for over a month which means I lost interests on it, did not deliver the items which means loss of income.
He keeps being active on the forum but fails to reply to me.

Something is obviously going on

Well at this point i would recommend anyone looking at ordering from this guy to stay clear.

It seems some orders are dispatched, other are just vanishing along with the coins/money paid.

Getting any updates from Marto74 is basically impossible and when they do eventually come (here and never by email) they are never clear.

As I said in my previous posts if he can prove me wrong I'll take back any accusationsof this scam of his but until then this is jlooking more and more ust like a fraud.

Marto74 any updates on the "7" packages that were returned from the courier? According to last update from you you were going to ship them again betwen yesterday and today, so far no updates as there has been no replies to any of the emails or messages i sent.

that is the reason why i ordered more and recommended to others too. I am much for supporting smaller businesses but you cannot leave people in the dark when there are thousands of euros at stake. At least reply to the questions, update people on the statuses and reschedule the shipping. It really doesn't take that long to get a courier sorted unless the problem is different in which case again the costumer should be notified.

So Marto74 why are you still ignoring my simple request of an update?

I don't think that asking to reply to the numbers of email and tickets on your website for the last few weeks is that bad.

And again, how long does it take to rearrange for delivery as the first time was cancelled?

I already lost 2 weeks mining because of the delay in production, now 2 weeks because of the late delivery and there is no news of when you'll be bothered to send them out.

Well in theory you can send your curier to pick it up, one option i'm considering. But if you don't know where the hell your oder is and what is the status (preparing/ready/in transit) how can you do it?

Comunication is essential in this kind of things and all these problems just raise suspition.

It is unfortunate because i really like the products and have recomended it to other people but having money in a limbo is never good!!

Dedicate half a day to clear your inbox and make us all happy. Call the damn shipping company and get the parcels that were returned back in the post. Surely this cannot be that hard to do.

Let me give you an example of the scenario:

Ring ring: Hello?

Technobit: Hi it's Martin from Technobit, i have 7 parcels that need to be picked up.

Curier: Ok give me your address and i'll send the guy.

A few hours later you hear a knock on the door, sign the paerwork and the parcels are out of the door.

You can now send an email to your clients with the new tracking number.


Please don't tell me it's not so easy because i have done that for 5 years using fedex, dhl and ups.

That is my problem, i asked several times with no answer.

I don't understand how, after getting more personel in to cope with the orders there is absolutely no comunication.

The only ones you get are the people complaining here that might get an answer (which is normally will ship next week).

So time to post here yes but to reply to paying costumers no.

I hope you guys get somewhere, would be interesting to know how many actually received their orders.

For me it has been no contacts except for the brief reply above for the past 10 days

Marto how long does it take to send an email to your clients to tell them the parcels were returned?

How long does it take to rearrange shipping?

When you pay someone for something and you don't receive it, and you keep trying to get in touch but you hear nothing back what do you think?

I think great, my money is gone and my hands are empty. I have been scammed.

So please prove me wrong and send the parcel out, nce i receive it I will take back my accusations.

So Marto74 when are you going to reply to the emails regarding orders that apparently have been sent but never left Bulgaria? The delivery company for which you provided a tracking code returns the shipment as cancelled and you won't reply to any of the emails.

When are the admins going to realise that you are just scamming people?

The main worry is that while we are gettng no replies to the many emails and messages he is still seen as a respected member on this forum and was able to keep posting.

No time for the orders but time to lure more people in.

Again I renew my invite to prove meet wrong by dealing with costumers and clearing the air.

Well I trid contacting technobit several and I mean several times with no replies.

Used the tracking code provided which comes up as cancelled.

Contacted DPD which has no record of the parcel.

Contacted Speedy which is the Bulgarian courier that passes on to DPD and they say the parcel was cancelled.

Tried again technobit but no answer.

Meanwhile Marto is active on this forum convincing people he is legit...

Sorry for the first post in the wrong area I hope it can be moved to the correct one.

As per title please do not trust this company.

Orders are received and processed however tracking codes for the shipments are fake.

Ofcourse Marto74 can prove me wrong and start replying to the emails and updates requests sent.

Until than I consider it a scam!
