I had a bad landlord back in college. Super nice guy and really didn't find out he was a bad landlord until we were about to leave our house. We had put down a large security deposit at the time $750 or 1 months rent. When I went in I noticed there was alot of changes in the house such as a paper towel holder drilled into the wall or all the walls being painted a different color.

Wierdly enough he even had baseboard heaters on the celling. I don't know how that is safe but they were there and they worked. Part of the reason why I left that place as it never got warmer then 55 degrees in that house in the winter. Besides that when I left the house he charged ne for all those changes out of security deposit. I thought it was crazy as only an idiot would not notice them an I thought he was fully aware of those changes. To make it even more I couldn't fight it as I never marked any of those items on my pre inspection. I fought him for a while but only was able to get back $100.

If you make a mistake own up to it. Don't ignore your problens. When I was 19 I didn't understand the terms and conditions of a credit card with no interest. I thought I had 12 months to it back. Didn't think I had to make a monthly payment. O was I wrong and the card got charged off learned the way about credit but will never make that mistake again

I have always paid for a VPN. Used cyber ghost and get it during Thanksgiving while on sale. Not the best but not the worst can't geatbi for the price though when on sale.

Day trading is extremely risky. In crypto I would imagine day trading risk is 10 fold. Maybe the closest thing next to it would be penny stocks. Sometime you get lucky day trading and maybe you get lucky for a long time but eventually you are going to lose money. The real question for most people is if they can keep there emotion in check. I dont think alot of people do and thats how they lose a lot of money day trading. its better to hold and invest your money in projects you think will appreciate. Im new to crypto but with stocks I only invest in stuff I think will be worth more in 10 years.

I have a hard time believing this coin will appreciate in value. Maybe its my ignorance but from what I have read about it doesn't really do anything different from any other coin.

Hi everyone. I just wanted to get some advice regarding my portfolio. Im failing new to alt coins. I have bought bitcoin before but only a few years ago and lost it all on Cryptosy since I forgot about it. When all the bitcoin mania was going on It perked my interest again. So I dont know if it was smart or not but I took $750 out of a brokerage account I has in early January and bought tron. I was lucky as I didn't do any research on this coin and bought in at .09. I was buying the hype you could say. I then was able to get out around .25. I was so excited as I am used to normal investments where I might get 20-25% in year if I selected a good stock. So I bought onto the cypto hype train at that point. With that money I did some research and I found 2 coins I think had a good chance of making a good ROI. I bought into Oyster Pearl and Deeponion. I liked what both of those coins were trying to do and I thought I was still buying in at a good price. Since I bought into those coins in mid January. I have lost almost all the profit from what I got from tron at this point. I want an honest onion If i should stay invested in these coins or if I should move it to another coin.

I find it funny that any one would pay KFC with chicken. I made that mistake way in the past when I paid back a buddy for a movie ticket back in 2013. I think I paid him  .1 bitcoin. I only overpaid him by $990 dollars when I look at it now
