Transferred out of ECC, failed to confirm, but the balance was deducted,
i dont know what you are trying to do. transferred out of where? can you give me more information than this? How can I do some rescanning in Sapphire client? It shows wrong balance.
edit the eccoin.conf file for rescan=1 to do rescan, there is no way to do this from directly within the sapphire UI. I transferred ECC from the sapphire to the exchange, failed to confirm, but the balance was deducted。 I have tried editing the eccoin.conf file for rescan=1 to do rescan, But entered an infinite loop...... I exported the private key from the original wallet and imported the private key in the new wallet, but for some reason, I could not import the private key to the new wallet. Verify your wallet address on the BlockExplorer and see if the coins are there. It seems that the transaction that you made to Eas.... address just doesn't exist. Just abandon those transactions and your coins will be back in your wallet .... nothing to worry about

Hello people of Bitcointalk. I have interacted with some very intelligent people here, and I know that the answers you’ll provide will likely be some of the best. I’m part of a crypto community that consciously chose to not do an ICO, so we have to get a little creative sometimes. We’ve been racking our brains for a few months to put together a campaign that is a net value-add to the industry. Why can’t marketing do something positive for everyone in the cryptocurrency space, and not just one coin? Instead of people invested in individual coins fighting for more market cap, why not do something which increases interest in the entire crypto space so we can all grow together? So, ecc.network has teamed up with Cryptosync, Cryptoseer, and the Fossil Fuels Podcast to create a crowd-sourced eBook called, “What Would Satoshi Say?” It covers some of the many issues we are dealing with today in the crypto space, and asks you to respond how Satoshi may. It’s powered by a 19 question survey (~10 minutes to complete). All questions are optional, and awards will be given to top answers equivalent to about $1,000 USD in total, all donated by community members! Questions range from, “What public tech companies may be disrupted by blockchain?” to “Are we doing enough to educate prior generations about cryptocurrency?” Highly rated answers will then be compiled into a free eBook to be released in late June. So, if you have a moment, please take the survey (link at the bottom). Answer only the questions you feel compelled to, and let us know what you think. Thank you. P.S. Note that we also ask for an e-mail in this survey. This is totally optional and will only be used if you have qualified for an award, or for a citation in the eBook. Your email would also be used so we can send you a free copy of the eBook when it comes out and will be used for no other purpose. https://satoshisays.typeform.com/to/XnIqZD

I am new to cryptos and I am curious about what I saw on coinmarketcap so forgive me for the noob questions. It shows 25 billion ecc coins circulating and 25 billion max supply with a market cap of $45,092,750 USD ranked 216. My questions are, what is the next step for ECC? Similar coins around the same position are worth more, any reason why ECC price is low (which is the reason why I bought alot just a few days ago) Also, With everything being mined should the price rise or we looking at some kind of split or fork? https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/eccoin/The market makes the price and I don't think that there will be any split or fork. 1 thing is sure ECC is now a zero inflation coin as there are no more new coins comming.

Is there a link to old Qt client available somewhere?
Old QT wallet won't sync anymore...new wallets are NOT allowed to connect to it. So even IF somebody would give you an old QT wallet, you will never be able to send any coins with it. I know, but I need it just to dump my private key as new client refuses to work with old wallet.dat. Are you on slack?....I can help you on there Same problem, please post instructions here to fix. Tanks. I would post instructions if the problem was always the same but is not the case. You will need to check what the error message is in the debug.log and based on that I can resolve your problem. Join the ECC-slack https://ecc.network/ and send me a PM there then I can help you out.

why is there so many coins 25 bil???
That is the quantity that the coin creator in april 2014 defined in the source code from the coin. Now all the coins are created so there will never be more then that.

The new GUI won't start the Daemon. After downloading ( the correct) version and double-checking that nothing is blocking the app, it will not fire up.
I have the same issue. Any solutions? sometimes when windows downloads the file, people have found that the exe itself is set to blocked. so you have to rightclick on the daemon > properties > and check unblock. location is: C:/users/[your user name]/.eccoin-daemon we are going to change that location to C:/Program Files/Lynx in the future (which should be fine since bitcoin also installs to the program files folder) with the next update. Unfortunately, it is not the case. The daemon starts and closes within a second after launch anyway on both of mine PCs (Windows 7 SP1). I tried to run it as administrator, also in compatibility modes - no luck. Could you try to take out your wallet.dat and save it somewhere safe. Delete your debug.log. Start the Application with the Start button. If it closes.....then send me the last 20 messages from the debug.log in a PM....then I will help you out.
