If you have internet "in your shop" then why don't you answer or process your clients requests?

Don't talk trash. My requests which I wrote to your e-mail and web interface have never been answered. The fact that you answer here but not in your shop makes the whole situation not less suspicious.

I don't work for any other gold shop. But as your reliablilty is questionable and you are asking for it... I finally bought at Bitgild.com and am very statisfied.
