1  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Re: Pollard's kangaroo ECDLP solver on: December 30, 2021, 09:38:17 AM
Hi all, i've started up a dedicated kangaroo box, and i was trying all different combinations, i was just wondering what would be a good random combination to just leave running for a year, i'm looking to strike it lucky, not looking to solve specific puzzles.

Throw some ideas at me.

Just a suggestion;

Is it an idea to raise some money to hire a marketing team? And also finalise the website..

Im willing to contribute some money to this fundraising and Im sure many others to..

We can easily raise 50k.. that should be enough to hire a good marketing team for a while!

@ IMI, maybe you can manage these funds and also hire the marketing team?

i'm happy to donate to this, a professional marketing team would see the price rise at least 10x, lets do this.

Amazing milestone for blockchain technology! Congrats to the devs! Absolute killer coders! You beat all those other decentralized computing projects to the race, and they all had million of dollars.

I feel satoshi vibes when looking into the tech and code that has gone into thisi project, this is big.

first ever minable DAG CHECK

people selling @ $0.025 currently... you do realize there are currently 65million coins available, making the marketcap $1,530,000 USD

which exchange is selling XDAG?
i'd like to pile up some while they are cheap.

The estimation is not correct. The present supply is 65mil, but the total supply is 4bil. With $0.025 price, the cap is already 100mil dollar which is already huge!!

Your estimation is not correct, the current supply is 66,000,000 XDAG, the current going price is $0.025 USD

66,000,000 x $0.025

 = $1,650,000 USD Marketcap

The entire supply will be mined in approx 6.6Years. No one calculates the whole supply, go look at coinmarketcap, bitcoin, ethereum all the coins marketcap is valued @ the current supply. Plus we are looking at reducing the coin supply greatly by lowering coins mined.

There are currently no exchanges, much like RaiBlocks when it first came out, for the first few months, Dagger is only 1 month old, code built from scratch, you must mine it or buy it OTC on discord with an escrow.

If you brought raiblocks/nano OTC when it was available you would be 594,000% percent up right now, i'm not letting this one slip.

price rise? mint. congrats $nano team.

I only hold 2 projects right now in this btc action:

1. Nano - solid long term fundamentals - btc killer.

2. Dagger - a freshly coded from scratch DAG protocol, first DAG with mining: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2552368.0  or xdag.org

so i've noticed there were talks for future development, but from what i see there is 0 actual code gone into this project, how can we be sure the developer can even code? right now all we have is a clone with a few parameters changed and some advertising banners made up. github is just a few random commits, remove a comma here, comment out text here, add a line here, nothing substantial which the average unskilled joe cant do with notepad.

My question is, is there anywhere we can see actual code?
9  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] SONM • Supercomputer Organized by Network Mining on: February 18, 2018, 03:33:42 AM
Rumour from a rather reliable source is SONM is about to get a desisting notice due to regulatory compliance issues with Binance,  accumulator exit pump, tread carefully, do your own research! never hold all your eggs in one basket!

Rumors, rumors ... Have you just created an account to spread rumors and FUD? Where is the proof? Your post looks ridiculous: D

unfortunately i do not think that is fud, i also read it from the same source, a rather prestigious cryptocurrency signal group.
